1. Who we are

This website (leads.roshmusik.com), the roshmusik Android app, and the roshmusik leads Telegram bot are operated by Roshith Menon, sole proprietor, based in Kerala, India ("roshmusik", "we", "us"). By using the website, app, bot, or purchasing any product, you agree to these Terms.

2. The product

roshmusik leads is a digital information product — a one-time-purchase contact database of South India music industry businesses (film production houses, music labels, recording studios, ad agencies, event companies, music schools). Each pack is delivered as a CSV file plus a Google Sheet share link.

Coverage: Kerala, Tamil Nadu, Karnataka, Telangana, Andhra Pradesh.

Sources: All contact data is sourced from publicly available business listings (primarily Google Maps and official business directories) and verified manually before delivery. The database contains only published business contact details, not personal data of private individuals.

3. Pricing & payment

Current pricing is shown on the website and inside the Telegram bot. All prices are in Indian Rupees (INR) and are inclusive of applicable taxes unless stated otherwise. Payments are processed by Razorpay Software Pvt Ltd; we never receive your card or banking details. By completing a payment you confirm the cardholder/account holder authorises the charge.

4. Delivery

Delivery is digital and instant. Within 24 hours of successful payment (typically within minutes), you will receive an email at the address provided during purchase containing:

  • The CSV file of leads in the pack you bought
  • A view-only Google Sheet link for the same data
  • A receipt

If you do not receive the email within 24 hours, check your spam folder, then email rosh.musik@gmail.com with your payment reference and we will resend within 1 business day.

5. Refunds

Because the leads pack is a downloadable digital product, refunds are limited to specific cases described in our Refund & Cancellation Policy. Please read it before purchasing.

6. Licence & permitted use

When you buy a leads pack, you receive a non-exclusive, non-transferable, perpetual licence to use the data for your own outreach as a working music professional or business. You may:

  • Contact the listed businesses for legitimate professional purposes
  • Store and edit the data in your own CRM or spreadsheets

You may not:

  • Resell, sublicense, republish, or redistribute the data, in whole or part
  • Use the data for spam, phishing, scams, or any unlawful purpose
  • Send marketing communications that violate the recipient's local anti-spam laws
  • Train AI models, sell scraped extracts, or build a competing product from this data

Breach of this section will void your licence with no refund and may result in legal action.

7. Accuracy disclaimer

We make reasonable efforts to verify each contact at the time of compilation. However, business contact details change frequently. We do not guarantee:

  • That every phone/email will be reachable
  • That any specific contact will respond, take a meeting, or do business with you
  • Any minimum response or conversion rate from your outreach

The product is sold "as is". Your commercial outcomes depend on your pitch, timing, and effort.

8. App content (music releases, links)

The "Music" section of the App and website lists original musical works composed and performed by Roshith Menon. All such works are copyrighted by Roshith Menon. Streaming links go to third-party platforms (Spotify, Apple Music, YouTube Music, etc.) which are governed by their own terms.

9. User conduct on the bot

When using the Telegram bot, you agree not to: send abusive, threatening, or unlawful content; attempt to exploit, reverse-engineer, or overload the bot; impersonate another person; or use automated scripts to harvest sample leads. We may block any user at our discretion.

10. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability to you arising from or related to the product, the App, the website, or the bot shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the preceding 12 months. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, lost-profit, or lost-opportunity damages.

11. Intellectual property

The "roshmusik" name, logo, website design, app design, copy, screenshots, and music are owned by Roshith Menon. The compiled leads database (the structure and curation) is also our intellectual property; the underlying business contact details are public information attributed to the respective businesses.

12. Governing law & jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any dispute shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Ernakulam, Kerala, India.

13. Changes

We may update these Terms over time. The "Last updated" date above will reflect any change. Continued use of the App, website, bot, or purchase of products after a change constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
