Shipping & Delivery Policy

1. Digital-only delivery

roshmusik leads is a 100% digital product. We do not ship any physical goods. There are no shipping charges, no courier delays, and no physical addresses are required.

2. What you receive

After successful payment, you will receive an email at the address you provided during checkout. This email contains:

  • A CSV attachment with the contacts in your pack
  • A view-only Google Sheet link with the same data (so you can browse on phone)
  • A receipt with payment ID and pack name
  • A short usage guide (how to filter, how to outreach effectively)

3. Delivery timeline

  • Standard: Within minutes of successful payment (automated)
  • Maximum: Within 24 hours of payment confirmation
  • If delivery does not arrive within 24 hours, please first check your spam / promotions folder, then email rosh.musik@gmail.com with your Razorpay payment ID. We will resend within 1 business day.

4. Geographic availability

Because the product is digital, it is available globally. The data inside the packs covers South India only (Kerala, Tamil Nadu, Karnataka, Telangana, Andhra Pradesh) — but you can buy and download from anywhere in the world.

5. Failed or undeliverable email

If the email address you entered at checkout was wrong or full, our delivery message will bounce. In that case:

  • Email us with your Razorpay payment ID and the correct email address
  • We will resend within 1 business day

Your pack does not "expire" — once paid for, you have a perpetual licence to access it.

6. Updates & refreshes

Each pack is delivered as a snapshot at the time of purchase. We do not push automatic updates. If you would like a refreshed copy of the same pack 6 or 12 months later, contact us — we may offer a discounted refresh for existing buyers.
