Refund & Cancellation Policy

1. Nature of the product
roshmusik leads packs are downloadable digital information products. Once delivered, they cannot be "returned" — you keep the data. For this reason our refund policy is narrower than for physical goods, but we genuinely want every customer to be satisfied.
2. Eligible refund cases
You are entitled to a full refund if any of the following applies:
- Non-delivery: You paid for a pack but did not receive it within 24 hours, and we are unable to deliver it within a further 48 hours after you contact us.
- Duplicate charge: You were billed twice for the same pack due to a payment-gateway error.
- Wrong pack delivered: You bought Pack A but received Pack B, and we cannot replace it within 48 hours of you reporting the issue.
- Major data quality failure: If, on inspection, more than 30% of phone/email contacts in your pack are obviously invalid (disconnected, bounced) and we cannot replace those entries within 7 days, you can request a full refund.
3. Cases not eligible for refund
Once the pack is delivered and accessible to you, we cannot offer a refund in the following cases:
- You did not get a reply / sale / meeting from the contacts (outcomes depend on your pitch and effort, not the data alone)
- You changed your mind
- You bought the wrong pack by mistake (we will credit the value toward the correct pack instead)
- A small percentage (under 30%) of contacts are stale — this is normal for any business database; we will replace specific stale entries on request
- Misuse of the data (resale, spam, scraping) — these void the licence with no refund
4. How to request a refund
Email rosh.musik@gmail.com within 7 days of purchase with:
- The Razorpay payment ID (starts with
pay_) - The email address used for purchase
- Reason for the refund (so we can fix it for future buyers)
We respond within 2 business days.
5. Refund timeline
If your refund is approved, the amount is reversed via the original Razorpay payment method. Razorpay typically posts refunds back to your bank/card within 5–7 business days; in some cases banks take up to 10 business days. We have no control over your bank's processing time.
6. Free sample policy
Before buying any paid pack, you can request 5 free sample leads via our Telegram bot at t.me/roshmusikleadsbot. The sample is meant to let you assess data quality before paying. We strongly recommend trying the sample first.
7. Cancellation
Because delivery is digital and immediate, there is no cancellation window after a successful payment. If you wish to cancel before delivery (within minutes of paying), email us immediately with your payment ID. If we have not yet sent the pack, we will issue a full refund.
8. Chargebacks
Please contact us first before raising a chargeback through your bank. Most issues can be resolved within 48 hours. Unjustified chargebacks (where the pack was clearly delivered and used) will be contested with delivery evidence.
